Membership
Below is the monthly membership options for the 2024-25 school year.
Students are welcome to join us for 1 or more days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are our drop-off days where kiddos can be dropped off with us for a set amount of time at our building. Wednesday will be our Family Field Trip Day where we meet up with families around Fort Worth and surrounding areas to participate in different offerings, including service learning opportunities, volunteer activities, hikes, rollerskating, etc. The times and activities will vary each week for Wednesdays.

We offer a sliding scale payment model to give families flexibility in how they would like to contribute to us here at WLC.
An example payment for 1 student joining us on a Tuesday could be anywhere from $150/month to $250.*
Another example is for 1 student joining us for a Tuesday and a Wednesday community day, the rate would be between $175 ($150 + $25) and $350 ($250 + $100) per month.
The family would consider their finances and make a choice between the low and high numbers for their unique enrollment situation and make monthly payments to us for that amount through our PayPal link, or by check or cash.
*If enrolling more than one student in a household, there is an optional sibling discount of 20% off for each additional family member :)
